On Thursday, February 20th, during the Stati Generali della Scuola Digitale
2025, Laura Monteleone, SACBO’s HR Director, reaffirmed this commitment,
highlighting how the airport is not just a mobility infrastructure but also a
meeting point between education and innovation. This role translates into
concrete initiatives that bring the world of education closer to the job market.
During the event, the main projects showcasing SACBO’s active involvement
in the educational and academic landscape were presented. These include the
creation of joint laboratories for educational innovation, developed with the
support of industry professionals, and partnerships with schools, enabling the
launch of training programs aligned with market demands.
SACBO’s commitment also extends to higher education institutions and
universities through initiatives such as the Mentorship Project, carried out in
collaboration with SDA and AIDP Lombardia, and seminars for students of the
Business Administration faculty at UniBG. This dedication also took shape
through participation in the #Ideasforfuture Hackathon, promoted by the
Guglielmo Marconi Institute in Dalmine—an important opportunity for young
talents, companies, and educational institutions to engage in dialogue about
sustainability and innovation in mobility.
