Festival “Fiato ai Libri”: Words on Stage Between Writing and Theater

For many years, SACBO has been actively committed to promoting culture in all its forms, with particular attention to the richness of the Bergamo area. By supporting the realization of installations, exhibitions, and events, the company acts as a catalyst for initiatives that enhance cultural tradition and innovation.

In this context, the theater-reading festival Fiato ai Libri, organized by the Sistema Bibliotecario Seriate Laghi and the Libreria Spazio Terzo Mondo, has provided an extraordinary opportunity to support and celebrate a major cultural event, now successfully in its 19th edition.

This year’s edition, held from September 12 to October 31, featured the participation of over twenty bookstores that hosted a rich calendar of performances, reaffirming the festival as a local landmark for many enthusiasts.

The event serves as a platform where various art forms converge in a dialogue between words and other forms of expression, such as music, dance, and singing. The schedule showcased masterpieces by great authors, both Italian—like Elsa Morante and Antonio Tabucchi—and international, contemporary and beyond.Fiato ai Libri stands as a virtuous example of how collaboration between local entities can lead to initiatives of great cultural and social value. Through synergies like this, unique opportunities for collective engagement and growth are created, strengthening the bond between culture, community, and innovation.
