A new unified logistics service has been developed for the retail outlets in our terminal in collaboration with DIF S.p.A.
Thanks to the support of specially trained personnel, the new service will streamline the logistics and goods delivery services for the various retail activities within the airport.
Following specific procedures, DIF handles reception of incoming goods at its centralised warehouse, legal controls, all necessary paperwork and delivery to the shop or to the airport warehouse.
Obvious advantages are time and cost savings, the elimination of stock breakages and an increasingly eco-friendly service, through a reduction in the use of disposable plastic and the restitution of packaging materials for reuse. This new agreement has been signed with the aim of catering to the businesses operating within our terminal, in order to relieve them of some of their management tasks and offer them the opportunity to provide passengers with a better-quality service.
