SACBO is committed to creating opportunities for employees to feel good within &nbsp;their teams. From the collaboration between the General Management and Human &nbsp;Resources Department comes <em>Walk &amp; Fly<\/em>, a team building project dedicated to all employees &nbsp;of Milan Bergamo Airport. The initiative is designed to encourage walking together, fostering a &nbsp;healthier, more united, and motivated work environment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Walk &amp; Fly <\/em>aims to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote physical and mental well-being through outdoor physical activity <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen bonds between colleagues and nurture a sense of belonging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer a concrete break from daily routines to recharge body and mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage team spirit in an informal and inclusive setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program includes 10 sport walking sessions between April and July, organized with the &nbsp;support of an expert in walking and posture techniques. Each session combines theory and &nbsp;practice\u2014participants learn how to walk better, and also how to better connect with one &nbsp;another.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No special preparation is required\u2014what matters most is the willingness to move and share &nbsp;the journey with colleagues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walking together has a value that goes far beyond simple exercise:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It improves muscle tone, posture, and endurance\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduces stress and boosts daily energy\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthens interpersonal relationships and teamwork\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Builds a company culture more focused on well-being and people\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walking becomes a simple yet powerful act, promoting health, connection, and a sense of &nbsp;community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Individual well-being and group well-being are closely connected\u2014especially in the &nbsp;workplace.
