It is a weekly event aimed at presenting and providing an in-depth examination of some of the most important organisations active in the Bergamo area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 12 July we had the honour of taking part in the programme with our own Laura Monteleone, the <em>HR Training and Development Manager<\/em>, who was a guest during the session entitled \u201cFormazione costante e innovativa per la crescita aziendale: l\u2019esperienza di SACBO S.P.A.\u201d (Constant and innovative training for company growth; the experience of SACBO S.P.A.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The talk focused on the <strong>themes of training and growth for internal collaborators as a key factor in increasing competitiveness.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Rubrica#123 | Formazione costante e innovativa per la crescita aziendale: l&#039;esperienza di SACBO SPA\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ghqdJy39rEE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interview examined a number of the projects that, developed over the years, have led us to now be <strong>one of the most attentive and active companies in this regard<\/strong>, such as <strong>programmes<\/strong> to bring <strong>young people<\/strong> into the company, digital training for the post-pandemic recommencement of activities, tailor-made<strong> training courses<\/strong>, as well as a focus on <strong>future areas for training<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In confirmation of the importance that SACBO places on staff training, the data extracted from our Sustainability Report highlight how, also over the course of 2021, the company carried forward a highly significant programme dedicated to staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"959\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/sustainability.milanbergamoairport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Schermata-2022-11-29-alle-17.27.53-959x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sustainability.milanbergamoairport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Schermata-2022-11-29-alle-17.27.53-959x1024.png 959w, https:\/\/sustainability.milanbergamoairport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Schermata-2022-11-29-alle-17.27.53-281x300.png 281w, https:\/\/sustainability.milanbergamoairport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Schermata-2022-11-29-alle-17.27.53-768x820.png 768w, https:\/\/sustainability.milanbergamoairport.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Schermata-2022-11-29-alle-17.27.53.png 1068w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 959px) 100vw, 959px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As always open to collaborations and interventions in projects promoted by Bergamo-based organisations, over recent weeks we were guests of rubrica #123, in which Confindustria Bergamo offered us the opportunity to examine in depth a theme that is particularly important for us; internal training.
